Every processed event is designed to produce one auditable receipt covering the matter and event identity, source artifact and pages, extracted directions with confidence, previous and proposed values with rationale, deadline rule inputs and computed results, affected issues, tasks, risks, and strategy sections, authorities with proposition-level verification state, agent and reviewer traces, and counsel’s decision with timestamp. Rejected proposals and edits are preserved, not erased.
Luthor proposes. An independent review challenges weak leaps. Counsel accepts, edits, rejects, or defers. Only then do strategy versions and operational actions land. This is continuous litigation intelligence with a human accountable at the commit boundary, the architecture Indian litigators need when privilege and limitation periods are on the line.
